Truly gifted, with genuine warmth, professionalism, and compassion. I can now recognise the self-sabotaging habits that have held me back for years. I am truly grateful.
Mack J.
We have been to many healthcare settings, and not one person has ever acknowledged the losses my mother has experienced - especially her loss of vision and how it has impacted her overall wellbeing. Thank you for recognising her challenges, showing empathy, and helping her navigate them

Have questions?
Here’s the answers
Do you offer online and in-person services?
Our services are designed to meet you where you are, whether through convenient online sessions or onsite visits to aged care communities. We can also arrange in-person counselling as needed; please reach out to us directly to discuss the details and find the right fit for your needs.
How is counselling different from talking to my friends or family?
Counselling offers professional expertise and evidence-based approaches in a confidential, safe, and non-judgemental space with a neutral third party. It focuses on your wellbeing through practical tools and collaborative guidance. While friends and family may offer support, they may not have the same expertise, objectivity, or confidentiality that counselling provides.
What happens in counselling sessions?
Counselling begins with getting to know you – understanding what brings you in, your expectations, and goals, and building a trusting relationship with your counsellor. Together, we explore your concerns to determine the most suitable counselling approach.
The process starts with a free consultation to identify how we can best support you. Once we begin, sessions are scheduled, intake paperwork is completed, and progress is tracked throughout your counselling journey. Referrals to additional support are made if needed.
Please note: A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
How much does counselling cost?
All counselling sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
- Online Counselling: $120 per session
- In-Person Individual Counselling: $140 per session
- Aged Care Community Visits: $140 per session
- Couples Counselling: $200 per session
We provide receipts for clients who wish to claim rebates from private health insurers. Concession rates are available for those who qualify. Visits to aged care communities are provided at no extra cost, and we are happy to discuss payment options to ensure counselling is accessible and affordable for everyone.
How many sessions do I need to attend?
The number of sessions varies depending on your individual needs, the complexity of your situation, and the counselling approach used. We can discuss a personalised plan during your free consultation.
Packages available:
- 5 Individual Solution-Focused Sessions: $500
